The waiting list is the only way to safely obtain tickets for a concert that is sold out. Fans without tickets can register on the official waiting list and fans with tickets can offer their tickets for sale to the waiting list.
Offering tickets is not a guarantee of sales. Supply and demand are brought together in a safe manner. You will only receive your purchase amount back if a match has been made with a buyer and this buyer has paid for the tickets after the match.

When a concert is sold out, it is automatically linked to the waiting list. You can find this by clicking on the relevant concert.

Go to MyOrder or MyAccount and select the 'Return' option to offer your tickets via the Waiting List.
Select which tickets you want to sell. If there is a demand for your tickets on the Waiting List, your tickets will be refunded and the barcodes canceled.
As soon as a match has been made with a fan who wants your ticket(s), you will receive the purchase amount back via the payment method used to pay for the tickets. From the moment of sale, the tickets in question are no longer valid within your order.

You will only receive the purchase amount of your tickets back if a match has been made with someone on the waiting list and if that person has paid for the tickets after the match. Offering tickets via the waiting list does not guarantee sales. Supply and demand are brought together in a safe manner. This may mean that tickets are not sold (immediately).

Will you return your ticket(s) and will it be sold to someone on the waiting list? We will then refund the entire ticket amount minus EUR 3.50 transfer costs per ticket.
NB! If you have taken out ''Refund Protection'' on your ticket order, this price is excluded from refunds and cannot be transferred to a new buyer.

Ticket(s) for festivals and events are not cheap. In this way we try to keep ticket prices as low and fair as possible. By also selling returned tickets for almost the same price to visitors on the waiting list, this opportunity remains the same for everyone.

You can only return your ticket if there is a new buyer. In most cases this is not a problem, because at a sold-out event the demand for tickets exceeds the supply. If there are no interested parties on the waiting list, your ticket will remain in your possession until someone reports via the waiting list. As long as your ticket has not been sold via our waiting list, you can always withdraw it and still use it yourself.

You can still cancel your ticket submission for the waiting list as long as no match+payment has been completed. You do this by clicking 'withdraw' in My Order. Your ticket will then become available again in your account and will remain valid for you. Please note: reselling a ticket at a popular event can happen very quickly.

Vraag alleen de tickets aan die je écht wil hebben. Er wordt alleen een match gemaakt als de volledige aanvraag beschikbaar is. Hoe meer tickets je aanvraagt, hoe kleiner de kans dat er een match kan ontstaan. Volg hiervoor de volgende stappen:
1. Kies het aantal tickets waar je naar op zoek bent.
2. Zodra dat aantal aangevraagde tickets beschikbaar komt, ontvang je een e-mail van Paylogic. Hierna heb je 24 uur om jouw aanvraag te voltooien. Als je de aanvraag niet binnen 24 uur voltooid, worden jouw tickets beschikbaar gesteld aan de volgende op de wachtlijst.
3. Wanneer het aantal aangevraagde tickets beschikbaar komt, moet je de volledige aanvraag aanschaffen. Je kunt er hierna niet voor kiezen om een kleiner of groter aantal aan te schaffen dan dat je eerder hebt aangevraagd.
4. Na betaling ontvang je een bevestiging via de mail waarmee jij je hebt aangemeld.
Let op! Het inschrijven op de wachtlijst is gratis. Je betaalt de door jou aangevraagde tickets pas als er een match gemaakt is en je via de match-email naar de betaalpagina gaat. De aankoopprijs van de tickets staat vast en is gelijk aan de aankoopprijs in de reguliere ticketverkoop. Het inschrijven op de wachtlijst is geen garantie op kaarten. Vraag en aanbod wordt op een veilig manier bij elkaar gebracht. Je ontvangt de kans om tickets te kopen als er een match is gemaakt met een verkoper. Houd je e-mail dus goed in te gaten.

Yes, this is the safest way to get a ticket. The original buyer's previously issued ticket will be invalidated and you will receive an e-ticket with a new barcode that has not been previously issued. This guarantees you access to the event.

After completing your waitlist registration, you will receive an email from Paylogic containing the details of your request. To be sure, check your spam box if you have not received the email within an hour.

If a match has been made with an order submitted, you will receive an email from Paylogic with the text “[action required]” in the subject. You have 24 hours from that moment to complete your order. As long as you do not receive an email from Paylogic, it is not yet your turn.

No. You pay exactly the same amount as for regular ticket sales. Only the person who sells his ticket pays a small fee that is equal to the service costs.

Have you not completed your waitlist match within 24 hours of receiving the email from Paylogic? Your place on the waiting list will then be canceled and the tickets will be immediately offered to the next person on the waiting list. If you still want to go, you can re-register for a new place on the waiting list.

Yes, that is not a problem. To do this, go to your order. You can do this as follows:
1. Click on ' manage order ' in the confirmation email from Paylogic. You now go to your My Order environment within Paylogic.
2. Select your order and choose 'sell'.
3. Select the tickets you want to offer for sale and click 'next' to confirm.
As soon as a match has been made with a fan who wants your ticket(s), you will receive the purchase amount back via the payment method used to pay for the tickets. The service costs are also reimbursed here. From that moment on, these tickets are no longer valid within your order.
